Ingredients:
- 2 fresh limes, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- one- 2 pound flank steak
Directions:
In a gallon size zip-lock, combine and the ingredients except flank steak. Place the steak into the bag and squish around to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove steak from the marinade. Cook on a grill over high heat 7-10 minutes per side.
Allow to rest 10 minutes. Slice against the grain.
