Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Tamari
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- red pepper flakes to taste
- honey to taste
- 1 scallion, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
- sesame oil, to taste, if desired
- lemon or lime juice, to taste, if desired
- 2 tablespoons water, if desired
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit 30 minutes.
