Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 2 small plum tomatoes, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash hot sauce
- 2 large ripe avocados, mashed
- 3 tablespoons pepitas, toasted
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl except for the avocado and pepitas. Just before serving; mash avocado and add to the bowl along with the pepitas.
