Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley
- 4 cups egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh, grated Parmesan
Directions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain, saving 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Return the noodles with pasta water to the pan and add the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
