Ingredients:
- juice from 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (sweet, hot or smoked)
- pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil and then stir in fresh cilantro and parsley.
